At Association Studios, we pride ourselves in offering the best video production services created just for associations. With our vast experience with associations and members, we have discovered that there is a major need that is not being fulfilled in this arena – custom apps for associations! That is why we are proud to introduce our new venture, 501Apps. Our intention with 501Apps is to help the associations, those we are already helping with video production and new clients, to better communicate with their members.

What is 501Apps?

501Apps is a custom service that creates professional apps for associations without the need for programming. Our apps are designed to be easy to use with all of the features an association would need. This service is uniquely tailored around the needs of associations and is built on the Bizness Apps platform which allows you to create, edit, and manage Apples apps, Android apps, and mobile web apps online. The content management system allows for stunning app design, total customization, and full functionality on virtually any mobile device. 501Apps has a variety of design templates to choose from to allow for total customization of mobile apps within minutes of using our prebuilt templates, or create your own! Our apps can be updated instantly online and modification is done without lengthy updates with Apple or Google.

Who Needs This Service?

Simple answer is all associations need this service – apps used to be the way of the future – they are now the way of the present. All of the features offered by 501Apps were built from the ground up with the needs of the association in mind. We gathered all the information to make these apps based on our highly effective video production services which help our clients reach their members. Our apps allow you to communicate with all of your members in the same effective fashion as our videos already do. For a full list of features of 501Apps, please visit the features page and then contact us to take full advantage of our new service!

Nearly one out of every two people on the Internet visits YouTube.

Our monthly viewership is the equivalent of roughly ten Super Bowl audiences.

If YouTube were a country, we’d be the third largest in the world after China and India.

PSY and Madonna would have to repeat their Madison Square Garden performance in front of a packed house 200,000 more times. That’s a lot of Gangnam Style!

Mobile’s had a lot of shiny new objects for marketers to chase. First it was SMS databases. Marketers hurried to roll out their own vanity short codes and built out lists of loyal customers. Then all the action was happening around the mobile Web. After the first iPhone was released, marketers set their sights on apps. What’s next?

Digiday reached out to brands, publishers and agencies and asked them what the next big opportunity in mobile is for brands. No two answers were the same.

From Bob Arnold, associate director of global digital strategy, Kellogg:
“Mobile video is very exciting for a couple reasons. The first is lower barrier to entry for traditional brand marketers. And every day the technology is improving: better phones, faster download speeds and better advertising opportunities. Although the consumer experience has its challenges, such as smaller screen and potentially lower quality playback, it is an immersive experience like TV versus something that can be easily multitasked like the PC.”
