Association Studios is a video production company specializing in work for associations and non-profit organizations.
We offer subscription-based and project-based video services, along with online tools to help our clients manage and review their video content.

Use of Website

You’re welcome to browse, share, and engage with the content on our site. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit our content for commercial use without written permission from Association Studios.

Subscriptions and Services

• Flexible Payments: We accept monthly auto-payments by credit card, ACH bank transfers, or one-time annual payments. Clients who choose annual payment receive a 5% discount.
• No Long-Term Commitment: Subscriptions may be canceled at any time with 30 days’ notice. Upon cancellation, any unused production hours are forfeited and non-refundable.
• Ownership: All video content we create for you—including raw footage and final edits—is entirely yours. You have full rights to use, share, and distribute your videos in perpetuity.
• Copyright Compliance: We will not knowingly include copyrighted content in your videos without permission. If a copyright issue arises from our work, we will take full responsibility and defend you against third-party claims.
• Portfolio Use: We may showcase your completed videos in our portfolio or marketing materials unless you request otherwise.
• Travel Expenses: If travel is required for your project, associated costs (e.g., transportation, lodging) will be billed or reimbursed separately.

Account Security

If you access any part of our services via login credentials (such as our Video Production Management App), you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized use.

Intellectual Property

The website design, text, graphics, logos, and video samples on AssociationStudios.com are owned or licensed by us. You may not use them without permission, except as allowed by fair use or standard sharing practices.

Limitation of Liability

We work hard to ensure the accuracy and performance of our site and services, but we can’t guarantee they’ll always be free from interruptions or errors. Association Studios is not liable for any damages resulting from your use (or inability to use) the site.
